TEAM DEVELOPMENT SEMINARS
Key skills developed: teamwork, influence, leadership, presence, resourcefulness, problem-solving, leveraging team strengths and performance under pressure
Our standard event is a half-day program for six to twenty participants. The program starts with a 45-minute classroom session that covers the CORE (Conceptualization, Organization, Reconnaissance, Execution) management method and course safety guidelines. Participants then complete three to four obstacle missions, each with an instructor-led debrief.
We offer a suite of customization options to all clients including pre-event consultations, specialized curriculum topics and post-event individual assessments. Upon request, we will tailor obstacle scenarios to address specific client leadership development needs.
We place course participants in leadership roles and coach them through managerial problem solving – even if they have limited prior experience managing people in the workplace. We train goal-driven communication among team members and create the opportunity for bonding through shared adversity. Our courses are fun and challenging. Most importantly, participants walk away as better problem solvers and team members.
